1. When will my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours except on weekends or holiday.

2. How do I check the status of my order?
We send status updates and tracking numbers via email. Usually if you have not received your shipping email, it has been blocked by a spam blocking service or it may be in the junk email or spam folder of your email box.

3. When will my order arrive?
Due to COVID-19, the delivery times will be delayed, it will take 7-15 business days to receive the package.

4. What can I do if the product I received looks different than what I ordered?
If what you received is not that same as what you ordered, please contact a member of our Customer Service team immediately to report the discrepancy.

5. How much does shipping cost?
To calculate shipping, please add the item(s) you want to your cart, then click checkout, enter your shipping address and click calculate. The shipping fee depends on the package measurements and the customer's location.

6. What is the warranty on these products?
All of the winders we carry come with a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.
